# Hearem website redesign media library

This folder is the single staging location for approved media prepared for the
redesign prototype and the eventual landing page.

## Capture and acceptance notes

- Captured from the installed `com.eddieeee126.expohearit` build on the iPhone 17 Pro Simulator (`D0A80386-3195-4AFA-A0DB-2CC132F485C9`), app version `2.10.10`. The Screen 03 corrective interaction masters were operated through Argent and captured with native `xcrun simctl io ... recordVideo --codec=h264`; final deliveries were normalized without touch indicators, watermarks, or composited UI. English and Simplified Chinese were each verified through the in-app Interface Language setting.
- The same real 490-character English demo content is intentionally shown in both UI languages so the product states are directly comparable. The English UI has a separately generated English-titled player job (`Listening Transforms Reading`); the Chinese UI player is `倾听的艺术`.
- The existing `zh/` assets intentionally remain the Chinese UI paired with the English demo corpus. The parallel `zh-corpus/` assets add a 312-character Chinese reading corpus titled `把阅读变成可以听见的陪伴`, including a generated 0:52 player state; no existing asset was deleted or overwritten.
- Source screenshots are native 1206 × 2622 PNGs. Source videos are normalized to H.264 1206 × 2622 at 30fps; web videos are H.264 602 × 1310 at 30fps, with fast-start metadata and no audio track for muted browser playback.
- The active `03-listen` captions videos are separate real simulator flows: History → open an existing item → start playback → let the blue live-sentence highlight move at least twice → hold on a readable highlighted sentence. English uses `Listening Transforms Reading` (0:27); Chinese uses `倾听的艺术` (0:30). The old 19.2s process masters remain untouched; the active v2 files are 15.1s (English) and 16.1s (Chinese), with no UI or watermark composited into either video.
- The bilingual Directory visual masters are derived from the accepted native recordings for Capture, Shape, Voice, Continue, and Listen. English is 37.9s and Simplified Chinese is 40.2s at 1206 × 2622; the matching web deliveries are 602 × 1310. They are silent and contain no composited copy or provider branding beyond what is already visible in the real app UI. Treat them as the visual base for a final Directory/Product Hunt edit, not as the finished narrated submission.
- The bilingual export-menu screenshots are real native captures from the installed build on the iPhone 17 Pro Max simulator. They use a local demo record backed by an existing repository MP3 and SRT fixture, and show the product's actual History action sheet with the audio and subtitle export entry points (`Export Audio` / `Export Subtitles`; `导出音频` / `下载字幕文件`). They are evidence that the entry points exist, not proof that a production export completed; the export options/result screens remain open items.
- The six Listen feature pills are backed by six distinct recordings in each locale. Bookmark shows the real `Bookmark added` / `书签已添加` confirmation and the selected remove-bookmark state while paused; Sleep Timer selects 15 minutes and leaves the countdown visible; Playlist shows two items and selects the first item; Speed changes 1× to 1.5×; Repeat selects the actual Track mode. The untouched source durations are EN `15.1s / 8.9s / 30.1s / 16.2s / 16.7s / 6.4s` and ZH `16.1s / 16.1s / 30.0s / 11.6s / 40.8s / 24.6s` in the order captions, bookmark, timer, playlist, speed, repeat. The active web cuts remove the long static lead-in before the first meaningful player action and are now EN `7.4s / 4.6s / 24.5s / 10.6s / 14.2s / 3.9s` and ZH `8.4s / 5.8s / 23.3s / 6.1s / 26.8s / 16.1s`; every web file remains an independent 602 × 1310 silent H.264 30fps delivery.
- Only the 12 active `03-listen/web/{en,zh}` derivatives were trimmed/re-encoded. The `source/` raw masters and their hashes remain unchanged; feature-specific WebP posters were retained because their corresponding feature states are still present in the shortened deliveries.
- The Screen 03 web references now point to the canonical `/redesign/03-listen/web/{locale}/listen-player-process.mp4` captions delivery and to the corresponding feature-specific `listen-{bookmark,timer,playlist,speed,repeat}.mp4` files. Matching WebP posters are generated from the final state of each delivery, and each feature uses its own poster as its failure fallback rather than the old generic player screenshot. The 12 active web videos were checked with `ffprobe`, full decode, black-frame detection, fast-start metadata, and HTTP Range responses; `yarn --cwd website build` is the final page/build gate.
- The English and Chinese process masters both complete the real sample-recording → recording review → clone-progress → success-screen flow. The Chinese run reached `声音克隆成功！`, then the final confirmation displayed `您当前的可用声音克隆次数为 0` with a purchase option; no purchase was made. The existing Chinese portrait asset remains a separate existing-cloned-voice list/playback proof. Keep these process and playback proofs distinct in release copy.
- The 15s English and Chinese web process cuts intentionally show three clear beats: start recording → recording in progress with the red stop control → successful clone with the voice preview control. They are cut from the real full masters without compositing UI: English uses source windows `0.0–2.5s`, `16.0–22.0s`, and `44.5–51.0s`; Chinese uses `0.0–2.5s`, `20.0–26.0s`, and `112.0–118.5s`. The success state occupies the final 6.5s, with a stable success frame at 11s used for both native and web posters. The full process masters remain unchanged under `source/`.
- The current `07-proof/testimonials.json` is an exact bilingual content extraction from `website/src/lib/content.ts`.
- The active Screen 02 / step 01 process now shows an empty textarea and the real `MainMenuCard` transition from collapsed to expanded. English uses `What would you like to hear today?` with `Enter text`, `Scan image`, `Import document`, and `Web link`; Simplified Chinese uses `今天想听点什么？` with the localized equivalents. The source masters remain untouched under `source/`; the website files are downscaled, silent, fast-start H.264 derivatives with expanded-state WebP fallback posters.
- The active Screen 02 / step 02 process now shows the same short demo sentence in both UI languages, then the real Magic Edit / 魔法编辑 button opens the localized `MagicMenu` sheet. The sheet remains open for approximately 3 seconds before the recording ends. Source masters remain untouched under `source/`; active `02-shape.mp4` files are 602 × 1310, 30fps, silent, fast-start H.264 derivatives with stable open-sheet WebP fallback posters.
- The active Screen 02 / step 03 process now starts in the real Voice Library Basic tab, switches to Premium, moves through multiple provider pills, lands on Fish Audio, and scrolls down the voice list. English and Simplified Chinese were recorded as separate native flows; active `03-voice.mp4` files are 602 × 1310, 30fps, silent, fast-start H.264 derivatives with Fish Audio / scrolled-list WebP fallback posters.
- The active Screen 02 / step 04 process now opens a real History playback sheet and plays for 5–8 seconds so the live blue subtitle highlight visibly moves from the opening sentence to the following sentence. English uses `Listening Transforms Reading` (0:27); Simplified Chinese uses `倾听的艺术` (0:30) with the same English reading corpus. Both native masters include the History → playback-sheet transition; active `04-continue.mp4` files are 602 × 1310, 30fps, silent, fast-start H.264 derivatives with a stable highlighted-subtitle WebP fallback poster.
- `04-voices` contains 42 eligible public/system voices (six each from Azure, MiniMax, TikTok, FishAudio, Qwen, ElevenLabs, and Doubao). The registry contains 84 locale deliveries from 48 real gateway jobs; Qwen uses separate English and Chinese jobs, while matching native-language variants reuse the canonical audio bytes in both website-locale folders.
- Voice audition scripts are original, bilingual-safe 8–15s website copy. The final generated source durations are 8.160–14.856s; all 84 source and web files passed MP3, non-empty, path, and duration checks. The Doubao Sisi entry uses the authoritative catalog ID `zh_female_shuangkuaisisi_emo_v2_mars_bigtts`.
- Regenerate voice auditions from the repository root with `yarn --cwd website voices:auditions`. The script requires `HEAREM_GATEWAY_BEARER_TOKEN` or `HEAREM_SIM_SESSION_FILE` and never stores credentials in the repository.
- Two ElevenLabs IDs (`hFamrilbAE6WDMtWgKvu` and `vZzlAds9NzvLsFSWp0qk`) were not returned by the current regular/shared catalog lookup, so their names remain unresolved and the provider IDs are the source of truth. Do not invent names or publish provider attribution until metadata and marketing-use rights are confirmed.
- `07-proof` now includes five 16:9 lifestyle stills and one active 17.73s multishot lifestyle film. The film adds walking, earbud, cooking, and pottery close-ups plus moving shots. The active source keeps its original AAC audio; the page loads the 3.56 MB VP9 delivery first and retains a 6.80 MB fast-start H.264 fallback, both silent for autoplay and loop behavior. The previous 15s source remains untouched for recovery.
- Voice Clone process assets are still portrait-only. The current redesign delivery rule calls for a desktop landscape master plus a mobile crop, so both locales still need a 16:9 process-film delivery if the desktop slot remains video-led.
- The prototype still contains legacy references that need replacement before publishing: `website/src/components/LandingPage.tsx` references `/recordings/...`, and `website/src/components/WireframePrototype.tsx` references `/app-screens/...`. Those folders were deliberately not read, copied, or used for this handoff.

## Delivery rules

- Keep each source/master file in a `source/` folder and each web delivery file in a `web/` folder.
- Use descriptive names with the screen number and purpose; do not use clipboard-generated filenames.
- Video delivery should include a desktop master, a mobile crop when composition changes, and a poster fallback.
- The current Hero video source is 2560 × 1440, 28.3 seconds, and has no audio. Web delivery keeps the 16:9 composition at 1920 × 1080, removes the empty audio track, and provides high-quality WebM VP9 (9.6 MB) plus H.264 MP4 fallback (18.1 MB).
- The current Hero poster is WebP quality 100 with sharp YUV conversion: 1.83 MB PNG source → 291 KB web delivery, same 1672 × 941 dimensions.
- Keep rights, consent, and provider-logo approval next to the source handoff, not inside the UI copy.
- Never overwrite a source/master with a web derivative. If a crop, trim, or codec change is needed, create it under `web/` and record the transformation here.
- Treat cloned-voice names and recordings as test/authorized material only until product, consent, and provider approval are recorded alongside the final marketing handoff.
